Refund policy
Right of withdrawal
You may notify us of your intention to withdraw from the purchase within 14 calendar days of delivery of the product, without giving any reason, without prejudice to any longer terms or more favourable rights provided by the law applicable in your country of residence.
Send your request to info@tricolore.store, stating:
- your first and last name;
- the order number;
- the product or products you wish to return;
- the reason for the return — optional if you have simply changed your mind;
- photographs, if the product is faulty, incorrect or damaged.
You will then receive the return instructions and the address to send the goods to. Do not ship any product before receiving the return instructions.
The product must be shipped within 14 days of the withdrawal notice or of receipt of the return instructions.
Condition of returned products
All returned products (except in the case of a warranty replacement) must retain the characteristics they had at the time of purchase: they must be in "as new" condition and ready for resale, with all seals, labels, tags, boxes and original packaging intact. Where this essential requirement is not met, the product will be considered "used" and will either be returned to sender with transport costs charged to the buyer, or retained with a penalty ranging from 60% to 80% of the purchase value depending on the condition in which the returned product arrives.
The return rules for each product category are as follows.
Rackets
The plastic wrapping of the handle must be intact; the racket must show no scratches, marks or writing, and must not have been altered in any way or fitted with accessories (overgrip, lead tape and so on).
Rackets purchased together with a treatment are considered products customised for the customer and are not eligible for return.
Clothing
A garment must be returned complete with its original bag and with the manufacturer's labels attached. Removing the labels from the garment implies that the product has been used and results in the loss of the right to replacement or refund. The garment must in any case be returned as new, never worn, never washed and free of marks, stains, tears or any other alteration.
Bags and accessories
The product must be returned complete with labels and with intact packaging. Products packed in a plastic blister must be intact, with the blister unopened.
Return costs
Transport is at the expense of Nuova BTS SSD a r.l. where the product is not conforming or arrives damaged.
In all other cases — for example a change of size, exercise of the right of withdrawal, exchange for another product, warranty replacement and so on — transport is at the buyer's expense.
For orders delivered to non-EU countries, return costs are borne by the customer, unless mandatory provisions of local law provide otherwise.
You are responsible for the return shipment until the product is delivered to the seller. We therefore recommend using a tracked service and keeping the shipping receipt.
Cash-on-delivery shipments, and returns involving duties, taxes or costs not authorised in advance by the seller, will not be accepted.
Refunds
The refund will be made without undue delay and in any case within 14 days of the day on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw. We may however withhold the refund until we have received the goods back, or until you have supplied evidence of having sent them back, whichever is the earlier. The refund is made using the same means of payment used for the purchase, unless otherwise agreed with you and in any case at no cost to you. Free shipping threshold. Where, following a return made under the right of withdrawal on an order that qualified for free shipping, the net residual value of the order falls below the free shipping threshold (€ 180.00), the shipping costs previously waived will be charged to the buyer.
All returns — including those whose costs are borne by Nuova BTS SSD a r.l. — travel at the buyer's risk, and the buyer is fully responsible for any damage to the products during transport.
Returns whose costs are borne by Nuova BTS SSD a r.l. must be entrusted exclusively to the appointed courier, which is always indicated in our return authorisation document.
Legal guarantee of conformity
Separately from the right of withdrawal, consumers benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity: we are liable for any lack of conformity existing at the time of delivery and becoming apparent within two years of delivery. To enforce it, write to info@tricolore.store describing the defect and attaching photographs.
