2. Scope
These terms and conditions govern the sale, through the website www.tricolore.store, of clothing, accessories and sports equipment, including beach tennis rackets and related equipment, to private consumers, businesses and professionals.
By placing an order you accept these terms in the version published on the website at the time of the order.
3. How the contract is concluded
The display of products on the website is an invitation to place an order, not a binding offer. The contract is concluded when we accept your order, which we confirm by e-mail. We reserve the right not to accept an order in case of manifest pricing errors, unavailability of the product, or suspected fraudulent use.
Orders are placed as a guest: no customer account is required.
4. Product availability
Availability is shown on each product page and is updated periodically. Products may be purchased while stocks last. The availability shown is indicative, since several customers may order the same product at the same time. Final confirmation of availability occurs when the seller accepts the order.
5. Products unavailable or out of stock
If an ordered product turns out to be unavailable, including after the order has been submitted, we will inform you promptly by e-mail. Where possible you may choose between replacement with an equivalent product, waiting for restocking, or cancellation of the unavailable product with a full refund of any amount already paid. The refund will be made using the same payment method used for the purchase, unless otherwise agreed with you.
6. Prices and payment
Prices published on the website include VAT or any applicable taxes, unless otherwise stated. Shipping costs are not included in the product price and are shown separately before you confirm the order.
Prices for the countries we serve are shown in euro (EUR). The currency applicable to your order is shown before you confirm the purchase.
Accepted payment methods are those shown at checkout.
7. Quantity limits
No general quantity limits apply per order, subject to product availability and to any specific limits indicated on an individual product page.
8. Shipping and delivery
Processing times
Orders placed from Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays and the days preceding them) are shipped within 48 hours.
Orders containing rackets that require a treatment are shipped within 7 working days.
These times are indicative and may vary during peak season and holiday periods.

The exact cost for your destination is always shown at checkout before you confirm the order. The countries we currently ship to are those selectable at checkout.
Delivery times
Italy. Transport within Italy is entrusted to leading national express couriers. Delivery normally takes place within 24/48 hours throughout Italy.
Other destinations. Transport outside Italy is entrusted to international couriers. Transit times range from 5 to 15 working days depending on the destination.
All delivery times are indicative and may vary during holiday periods or depending on the destination. Nuova BTS SSD a r.l. is not responsible for delays caused by the courier. Such delays do not give the buyer any right to claim damages of any kind.
Customs duties and import taxes
Jersey is the only destination we serve that lies outside the European Union’s customs territory. For orders delivered there, any customs duties, import taxes or clearance charges are payable by the recipient on delivery, in accordance with the rules of the destination country. These charges are not included in the price shown at checkout and are not known to us in advance.
Delivery address
To ensure accurate and safe delivery, please enter the destination address as precisely as possible, including any useful detail such as building, floor, entryphone name and so on. Nuova BTS SSD a r.l. is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incomplete or inaccurate addresses provided when ordering.
9. Right of withdrawal
If you are a consumer you have 14 days to withdraw from the purchase, under the conditions and with the exceptions set out in our Refund policy, which forms an integral part of these terms.
10. Legal guarantee of conformity
Consumers benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity provided by Italian Legislative Decree 206/2005 (Consumer Code), as amended: we are liable for any lack of conformity existing at the time of delivery and becoming apparent within two years of delivery. To enforce the guarantee, write to info@tricolore.store describing the defect and attaching photographs.
The legal guarantee does not cover normal wear and tear, damage caused by improper use, or alterations made after delivery.
11. Product presentation
Products are described and presented as accurately as possible. Products may nevertheless differ from what is shown on screen for obvious reasons of colour rendering (for example the exact shade of a garment). Images are provided by Nuova BTS SSD a r.l.
12. Intellectual property and use of the site
All content on this website is protected by intellectual property rights. Improper use of the site or of its content is prohibited.
13. Personal data
Personal data is processed in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and applicable data protection law, as described in our Privacy policy.
14. Applicable law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by Italian law. If you are a consumer resident in the European Union, you also retain the protection afforded by the mandatory provisions of the law of your country of residence, and any dispute may be brought before the court of the place where you are resident or domiciled.
15. Changes to these terms
We may amend these terms at any time. The version applicable to your order is the one published on the website when the order is placed.
